It was very nice being at the Mercedes Launch, I got motivated, and my hope came back again, and I shall start dreaming again, because "My dreams are valid, it all starts with a dream". I learnt a lot yesterday. Showing up really does matter and it matters for everyone not just only to the organizers. I had fun yesterday. - OWETHU TUNZI
The event at Mercedes-Benz was truly inspiring and empowering. I learned that the Mercedes-Benz star symbolizes aspiration, also representing the brands commitment to excellence. I mean I never knew that. And that as the youth we must not forget to dream as our dream are valid and everything that exist now started with just a dream.
And also, the speaker from Mercedes mentioned that you don't have to be rich, come from the wealthiest family for you to dream, because everything we see now started as a dream.
Which was a very powerful statement that I took with me. -

I will start by thanking CAPACITI for giving us an opportunity to go out there and meet our funders and get to know them. The event was amazing, we got to learn that Mercedes Benz does not only build cars but also communities. Mercedes-Benz along with YES has motivated us to take our learning serious and assured us of how they believe in us. We were motivated to keep dreaming because great things start as a dream. It was truly an inspiring event for me as I’ve gotten a new perspective on the opportunity I’ve been granted. This event also broadened my perspective in a sense that there is an opportunity in a lot of things I do even in mistakes I make, there is a chance to turn that mistake into a possibility that could impact my future. This event also allowed me to come out of my comfort zone and get to know different people from different walks of life. For that I am grateful.
