Attending the 2024 YES Youth Cohort Launch was an empowering experience.
Being surrounded by peers who share a passion for making a difference and the organizations that want to help youth was amazing. I felt a sense of belonging and motivation to contribute to positive change in my community.
The keynote speakers, including the young people that shared their stories inspired me to always be positive and to never give up. Their journeys reminded me that age is not a barrier to leadership and that youth have the power to drive meaningful impact.
I am so grateful for the opportunity I got to make new connections and the inspiring individuals I met. The words that stood out most and what I am taking to help me be positive about everything in life is "Never stop dreaming and always believe in yourself".
